2-3 person Team WOD: *this will take place outside*

While one person is performing four shuttle runs carrying a med ball, the other partner is performing burpees. The partners switch. Winner is determined in each fitness category (fitness, performance, competition) by the total amount of burpees performed.  Squat buy-in and cash-out.

 

Fitness: 100 squats, WOD 3 rounds (10-12lb Med Ball), 100 squats: Max Points of burpees

 

Performance: 150 squats, WOD 5 rounds (14-16lb Med Ball), 150 Squats: Max points burpees

 

Competition: 200 squats, WOD 5 rounds (20 lb Med Ball), 200 squats: Max points burpees
