Coach
I started my fitness journey at the age of 15. I was getting out of shape and wanted to make a change. I lost 40 pounds that summer and have been hammering every since. My entire life revolves around fitness. The gym space is truly where I feel most comfortable and having a great community to suffer with awesome. I played college soccer and in that program I had a strength and conditioning coach for the first time. Shortly thereafter I ended up quitting soccer and interning in the strength and conditioning department. I love coaching because I know how doing a tough workout makes me feel and I want everyone to feel that way. That sense of accomplishment is unbeatable. I want to share that experience.
