All new participants begin with a one-on-one consultation with our Pre/Post Natal Specialist and complete a PAR-Q health assessment to determine current fitness and health status. From there, our team designs a personalized pathway — whether that’s through individual training, modified classes, or guided at-home workouts. Each workout is carefully adapted to your trimester or postpartum phase, ensuring that every exercise is safe, functional, and aligned with your body’s needs. Our coaching team works closely with you throughout your pregnancy, providing ongoing feedback, support, and encouragement at every step.
